Indika Forge Tech Industries is a forging company founded in 2023, in Ghaziabad, an industrial centre near Goutam Budha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India. Since its inception, Indika Forge Tech Industries has developed into a fully integrated manufacturing centre and opened a facility focused on precision machining .

Products

Flanges

Our high-quality steel flanges can be forged from a range of materials to standard sizes or to your specifications. Our standard range of flanges is manufactured to ASME/ANSI B16.5 (NPS ½” through NPS 24” and pressure classes 150 to 2500). Large diameter flanges (up to NPS 60) are forged according to ASME/ANSI B16.47 and API 605.

Tube Sheets

A tube sheet is a perforated plate designed to accommodate pipes or tubes. These sheets provide support and isolate tubes for many different applications, notably in heat exchangers and boilers. Forged tube sheets offer higher strength and toughness at a lower weight.

Rings

Forged rings have a wide range of industrial applications. Indika Forge Tech Industries’s high quality, forged rings can be found in industrial equipment in the textile, pulp and paper, mining, aerospace, and power generation industries.

Couplings

Couplings are used to transmit power by connecting two pieces of rotating equipment. The high strength-to-weight ratio of forged couplings results in improved longevity and system efficiency.

Gear Blanks

Gear blanks are used for the manufacture of gears. Gears made from forged gear blanks provide enhance longevity due to increased toughness and higher fatigue strength. The reduced weight of forged gear blanks results in increased system efficiency.

Shafts

Forged shafts are ideal for power transfer and other critical applications. The high strength to weight ratio of forged shafts and improved impact resistance makes them ideal for applications such as engine crankshafts, marine propeller shafts, and wind turbine shafts.

NON-STANDARD FORGINGS

Indika Forge Tech Industries has specialization to manufacture Non-standard forging components as per client requirements. The different types of components like forged block, pinion, forged pipe, valve parts, nozzle, gear blank, coupling, general engineering components, different types of flanges like swivel flange, girth flange, body flange, long weld-neck flange, self reinforced nozzle flange etc.
